Intent is a zine meant to inspire goodness. Try it out, gift it, do it with others.

We’re Emily and Chris. We’re just two humans looking to do good in the world and this is our attempt to inspire thoughtfulness, collaboration, and creativity.
We started by simply showing up for each other. We aimed to meet every week to exchange ideas, inspirations, and workshop crafty prompts, but often just talked about life. Joyful chaos ensued, and while we initially hoped for a single clear concept, we now embrace our messy art therapy, our journey, as the destination. Join us as we learn to live with more intent and purpose. |

Make good.
Time to get away from screens and go old school - let’s get analog. Working with your hands connects us to our primal selves, and triggers a healthy brain chemistry reaction when you produce something. So make something - a doodle, a flower arrangement, a sweater. Big or small, the point is to make.

Do good.
The modern world tells us to prioritize work and only care about money, but at what cost to humanity? Let’s get back to the basics and feed the soul through connection. Showing up for someone is a powerful way to contribute to your tribe, whether you write a thank you note, donate to a good cause, or comfort someone in their time of need. Think small, simple, and true - then do it.

Inspire good.
Like magnets, we attract what we are - so if we look for the good, and we practice the good, we ignite a chain reaction of positive change. Let’s be the change we want to see.
